DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM’S ST. THOMAS OFFICE EXPERIENCING PHONE OUTAGES
U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS (May 17, 2021) – The Department of Tourism’s St. Thomas office is experiencing phone outages today, Monday, May 17, 2021.
The department is working with the service provider to restore the service, and regrets any inconvenience caused.
In the interim, callers should contact the Department of Tourism’s Customer Service Call Center on St. Croix at (340) 772-0357.
For information regarding the USVI Travel Screening Portal, the Department of Tourism is also responding to inquiries, seven days a week, sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
